Bridging Blocks | Chester at a Crossroads: What will you do?

Communities in Chester face significant challenges, including the loss of local hospital access, air quality issues, public health concerns, and redevelopment efforts. It is simultaneously home to the Philadelphia Union’s home stadium and the country’s largest trash-to-energy incinerator.

Is Chester on the verge of a true comeback, or is the city absorbing more costs for other communities' progress? What are some of Chester's strengths, and solutions already in place, that deserve more investment and visibility? What would a thriving future, shaped by Chester residents, look like?
