WHYY News invites you to a community BBQ in Willingboro, New Jersey, in partnership with the Willingboro Community Development Corporation, on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Join your South Jersey neighbors for a fun-filled cookout with delicious food and great company. This is a perfect opportunity to catch up, meet new faces and enjoy the sunny weather. We are serving BBQ, side dishes, refreshments and desserts. 

Inside the WHYY newsroom, community cultivation is key. This BBQ, our fourth such community gathering, is an opportunity to bring together the people and neighborhoods we cover with members of our newsroom.
