Theme: Disruption

Established in 2019, Youth Set the Stage set out to amplify the voices of youth media makers. Collaborating with local media organizations, Youth Set The Stage dedicates itself to providing space for youth media makers to create outside of their respective organizations. 

To end our 2025-2026 programming year Youth Set The Stage presents Disruption. A collection of film and musical performances disrupting the status quo of art, as the world enters a place of uncertainty. Youth Media Makers present work that showcase the disruptors of their communities, individuals willing to tell the stories that mainstream media refuses to tell.
