Bridging Blocks | Economic Inequality: More than a Matter of Money

Anindya Kundu, in his 2020 TED Talk, asserted that "a child's future should not be predetermined by the circumstances of their birth." 

Economic disparity can significantly impact many elements of a person’s life, including income, education and health. For better or worse, the global economy depends on America’s success. While economic disparity is not uniquely American, should we take the lead in addressing the underlying causes? 

Are there adequate opportunities to work toward lessening this systemic problem, or are we doomed? What economic conditions are we leaving for future generations?
