Bridging Blocks | Cherry Hill: Quality Living at a Cost

Property taxes in Cherry Hill are notably high compared with other cities in New Jersey, surpassing both the state's median and the national median. New Jersey also has one of the highest per-pupil price tags in the nation.

Property taxes are a major pain point for many homeowners across the state. A CNBC analysis last year identified New Jersey as the 10th most expensive state to live in, based on housing, utility, food and medical costs.

What would you say to the local leaders who have the power to change these rates? Are the benefits of a higher cost of living worth it? What are the advantages and disadvantages to living in Cherry Hill?
