WHYY News hosts a pop-up newsroom at Philadelphia City Hall. The public is invited to share their story ideas and meet-n-greet WHYY reporters from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the 4^th Floor Caucus Room. WHYY City Hall Reporter Tom MacDonald as well as PlanPhilly and Billy Penn reporters will be on hand.
